DOUBLE DIGIT TROUT AT SANTA ANA RIVER LAKES
Tom Vannote of Fullerton caught a 11 pound 7 ounce trout using PowerBait soaked in Love Sauce fishing in Chris’ Pond. 
Trevor Downing of Redondo Beach caught a 10 pound 8 ounce Lightning Trout fishing at the Big Pipe using a PowerWorm. Rebecca Samarin of Whittier caught a 10 pound 8 ounce trout using a mice tail in Chris’ Pond. Santa Ana River Lakes will be stocking all blue catfish Thursday April 2nd. Also 24 hour camping/overnight fishing is scheduled for Friday April 3rd & Saturday April 4th. During trout season Santa Ana River Lakes will be closed every Thursday for Day & Night fishing for trout stockings.
